Customer Service Representative Essential Functions:
- Manages a big number of incoming calls.
- Resolves internal and external customer issues and/or concerns through solid problem-solving skills and stress-resistant background.
- Generates sales leads and identifies clients’ needs fast and hassle-free.
- Provides timely reports and other required information on all the methods and techniques used for customer service campaigns.
- Builds sustainable relationships with customers and is responsible for exceptional interactive communication with clients.
- Works with customers’ complaints and finds the best-matching solution to resolve the dispute.
- Is ready to provide the alternative resolution if the case with customer services is extraordinary and needs one-of-the-kind approaches.
- Meets customer service and sales goals and follows all the guidelines required for great communication with clients.
Customer Service Representative Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree* in Business or Technical field
- 5+ years of full-time work experience with a track record of success in my current role
- Previous Customer Support experience preferred
- Be ready to retain, engage, and satisfy customers via well-known standard techniques and exclusive approaches with individual tactics.
- Good time management skills, stress-resistant character, perfect self-management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and software for reporting and analytical research.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, video conferencing, and communication software.
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment and draw priorities properly.
